Reconcile opened the Emeril Lagasse Hospitality Center in 2013. In a beautiful historic building with hardwood floors and exposed brick walls, Reconcile’s catering space provides a unique New Orleans atmosphere for any event.

Guests are guaranteed a customized experience including services such as: contracting live music, valet parking, food and beverage menu planning, decor options, and professional service. This Central City New Orleans facility is equipped with audio and video technology and TV screens throughout the venue.

Whether you’re planning a large or small event, we have a place to accommodate your next gathering. With the capacity to fit 150 people for your event, our ELF Hospitality Center is only just the beginning of your experience as it includes a balcony overlooking Reconcile’s vibrant Hancock Whitney Courtyard.

Hands On Training

Our young people have the opportunity to implement and practice the lessons the have learned during the following four weeks of hands-on Occupational Skills Training offered at Café Reconcile. Under the watchful gaze of our experienced team of professional kitchen, catering/event specialists, and café floor instructors, our youth rotate through every station in the front and back of the Café learning roles such as Busser, Runner, Server, Host, Dish, Salad, Prep and Fry station preparing them for their future career. The majority of our Café Trainers are graduates of the program and they enjoy coaching and mentoring our youth on a daily basis.
