What gets you up in the morning, what drives you?

“I know that I have a child on the way, so I can’t just lay around and be lazy. I have to be up and active and moving. And its tough sometimes but you just have to push yourself to keep moving.”

What’s your favorite thing you’ve done since you’ve been here?

“Working downstairs, back of house. Basically the time just flies by. You don’t really notice the day and then all of a sudden its closing time. Its fast and its easy to learn.”

What’s a favorite quote or a personal motto?

“Life is unfair and you may not get to choose the road you want. But in those tough times, God should be your closest friend.”

What’s your favorite thing on the menu?

“The pastalaya.”
