What’s your favorite thing you’ve done since you’ve been here?

“Being in the back of the house with the crew. I mean I like front of the house, but back of the house is my space. I got a little emotional this morning, cause when I was doing my check in yesterday almost everybody from the back of the house came out there to support me during my check in, and that was just so amazing.”

What’s your goal five years from now?

“I want to own my own restaurant and I want to go back to train for Reconcile. Like maybe even open up some sort of partner for Reconcile. I want to do something like what y’all are doing here.”

What’s the best thing on the menu?

“The fried turkey necks and the gumbo.”
