What’s your big goal?

“My goal is to be finishing with college… I love music so in college I’ll be earning my associates and bachelors degree in music production and business. I like marketing and finance, I see myself doing that.”

If you had to describe Café Reconcile to someone else who’d never been here, what would you say?

“It’s a great opportunity.  For a career for an internship, for experience, for meeting new people and learning all kinds of new things. Café Reconcile is a very decent place to go in a city where there’s all kind of crime.”

What’s your favorite thing you’ve done since you’ve been here?

“Hosting. I actually really like that position…I like looking over the restaurant, I like leading the servers, I like helping out people who come up to the stand, letting them smile, cracking a joke with them, bussing tables. I like that its an active position.”

Best thing on the menu?

“Shrimp Pastalaya or the Shrimp Po’boy.”
