What gets you up in the morning?

“I just listen to music, feel jolly in the morning. I feel like I’m gonna have a good day at work.”

What drives you everyday?

“I love cooking. So I look forward to that. And seeing people, I like cooking and people, so it’s a win.”

Favorite thing you’ve done since you’ve been here?

“My favorite thing was working sautee. I like the food we get to make. Like pastalaya, sautéed veg, string beans. We got to fry shrimp, cut bell peppers and onions.”

What’s your goal five years from now?

“I’d probably be working at a place like NOPSI. When we went there, the waiter was dressed nice and he was very polite to us.  I feel like, I like to dress nice too. I like to look sharp and help people, make them smile.”

What’s your favorite thing on the menu?

“The Seafood Platter.”
