Reconcile New Orleans’ Seizing the Moment Dinner Series presents industry champions harnessing their talents to create positive change.  Culinary Champions — Colleen Shaud of Palace Cafe’ & Erika Almeida-Mooney of Lagniappe Peak Vineyards —  will step inside Reconcile’s kitchen and work alongside Interns and Alumni to present a unique and memorable dining experience featuring perfectly paired courses that will tell a story, feed the soul, and fuel inspiration for tomorrow.
